****FULL VIEW please!!!!****

Prodigy is my demon pin-up girl. I first drew her for some flash art, which is burried deep within my gallery. I've done some sketches of her in the past few years, but nothing more. A week or two ago I drew this. It just popped into my head. The only reference used was my reflection on a rock display that was covered in a sheet of glass. Not even a mirror!(and the reference was for how her arm would sit on the skull/overlapping of her wrist,ect...)

I am proud of this, and it took me somewhere between 4 and 8 hours to complete.

I also now how a not so secret formula for not drawing my figures too darkly; only use a 4H pencil~! Gosh I'm so weird.

A ruler was used to straighten up her pitchfork.

very nice, very nice.

but i think a few more darker shadows would really make this pop off the page. make it more noticable and make veiwers go " hey what's this?" and resulting in Cool!

well, you also have to consider that this is a scan, or actually several scans, put into 9 layers and compacted to become this. The original is 14 x 11 inches, and because it's so big, it doesn't need anything else. I added a few darks to it, but they caused it to lose/overpower the main details. So i erased those and stuck with the lights. The scan and sizing doesn't do justice here :(
